Method
Grind up half the shrimps and salmon fillets, scallions, garlic, celery, cilantro in a food processor into a coarse paste.
Transfer it to a bowl and add remaining shrimps and salmon, Sriracha sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and seasoning.
Shape them into 4 patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan, add olive oil and fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are firm and cooked through.
Pick up your burger bun, spread Sriracha Mayo, top it up with red lettuce, load it up with shrimp salmon patty, making some room for seaweed and shrimps.
Repeat the process for 3 more burgers and gulp it down.
